Our visit to the Sinai Academy

Last week we visited the Sinai Academy in Bloubergrant.

The class went to a synagogue.We read their Bible and their Bible is called the Torah and we read it in the synagogue. The boys had to put on a kipper.

We had Shabbat with the Jewish children.We ate yummy challah bread and we drank a cup of grape juice.There was one child  prayed for us.They also showed us how to lit the candles.

I enjoyed the morning at Sinai Academy.I respect their religion and what they celebrate.

Last week we went on camp.  We fist went to Giraffe House. We came on the bus. There was a reptile at Giraffe House. At Giraffe House we as so sore  pythons,snakes,spiders and llamas. Then we had a ice-cream at Giraffe House. Then we got into the bus. Then we got to the camp site. Then we were there four 3 days then on Friday we left the camp site. Then we came back home.

It means: how it feel to be like them when you are in their shoes. The word empathy means: You know what they are going through. A person would need empathy when they are sad,angry and when  they are going through a rough time. You can say come and play with us.
